Adverbs are words that help describe how or when an action happens. They modify verbs. There are five adverbs that are commonly used with the present perfect tense:Â ever, never, already, yet, just.
The present perfect continuous tense is similar to the present perfect. It helps us describe actions that started in the past and still continue in the present.
