I paid yesterday, can you tell me if you received the money?

Please note that it may take a few days until we receive the money in our account. We will send you a booking confirmation as soon as we receive the money.

How can I pay?

You can conveniently pay by bank transfer.

Do I have to pay all at once?

The course amount must be paid in full before the course starts. Unfortunately, payment in installments is not possible. However, we can make a reservation for you first so that you have time to pay the amount.

Is there a discount if I book several language courses or for my partner and me together?

Since our courses already have a very good price/performance ratio, we cannot give you any further discounts.

I have just paid but have not yet received a booking confirmation.

As soon as we receive the payment, you will receive an email from us with the booking confirmation.

How does it work if my employer pays the course fees?

We will be happy to issue an invoice to your employer’s address. You can either pay the costs yourself first and then be reimbursed, or we can send your employer the invoice directly.

I cannot make a bank transfer, how can I pay?

Unfortunately, at the moment payment is only possible by bank transfer. Maybe someone else can make the transfer for you.
